Calculus:
This introductory calculus course covers limits, differentiation, and integration of functions of one variable, with applications. Students will study these topics graphically, analytically, numerically, and verbally. Topics include elementary functions, concepts of limits and continuity, differentiation rules and applications to graphing, rates, approximations, and extremum problems, definite and indefinite integration, the fundamental theorem of calculus, applications of integration to geometry and science and techniques of integration.
