Paula Stapleton has been a counselor at Rancho Del Mar since 2022. Prior to joining RDM, she was a counselor at Palos Verdes High School for 19 years. She grew up in the South Bay and has four children who all attended PVPUSD schools. Paula obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree and Masters Degree at Loyola Marymount University.
As the Counselor at Rancho del Mar High School, my mission is to provide our students with a wide variety of information and resources for college and career planning. The goal at RDM is to meet the information and planning needs for our students as they move toward graduation and beyond. RDM provides a full range of college admission information and activities including college visits, resources, information on events at the local high schools and much more.
